Registration Options & Rates
 
Not an NJCSA member? A membership plus conference registration can cost less than a nonmember registration alone if multiple staff members are planning on attending. Learn about NCJSA membership.
 
 

One Attendee Per Badge
We strictly enforce the policy of “one attendee per badge.” Badges cannot be shared among attendees. We rely on registration numbers to create an accurate head count for the day. When badges are shared between two or more people, we no longer have an accurate count, and this puts a strain on our registration procedures and causes us to run out of bags, books, handouts and supplies.

Applying the Member Discount
Anyone applying the NJCSA member discount to their conference registration fee must already appear on the school or company’s membership roster at NJCSA prior to registering for the conference. (Membership must be pre-paid in order to apply the discount to the conference registration.) Each school is responsible for updating their member roster prior to registering for any event. Contact NJCSA (609-989-9700, 4410) to request access to your current roster.

All Payments Due by October 13, 2019. No Admittance Without Payment in Full
To be eligible for the published rates, your registration must be recorded on or before the published dates. All registrations must be received and paid (either by check or credit card) before entering the event. Attendees who have not registered and paid in full by 11:59 pm on October 13, 2019, will be cancelled and/or required to pay the standard rate by check or credit card upon arrival at the conference in order to gain entrance to any conference activities.

Registrations Are Transferable in Full to a Co-worker
If you have pre-registered and paid for your badge, but are not able to attend the conference, please contact NJCSA Conference Services to make arrangements for your badge to be transferred in full to a replacement person within your organization or school. To minimize delays at the check-in counter, we ask that you call NJCSA Conference Services at 917-371-5576 before 5:00 pm ET, October 4, 2019, to notify us of the transfer. Transfers can also happen at the registration counter on a case-by-case basis, but know that it will cause a delay. Remember that badges must be transferred in full and cannot be shared.

Cancellation Policy
NJCSA will refund 50% of the registration fee on cancellations received in writing on or before 11:59 pm on September 13, 2019. Refunds are not given to no-shows or to those who do not cancel before the cancellation date. Fax written cancellation requests to 609-890-7700 or email to conference@njcharters.org. Indicate registrant’s name, company/school, and confirmation number and the reason for cancellation.
