Registration and Payment Policies

One Attendee Per Badge

We strictly enforce the policy of “one attendee per badge.” Badges cannot be shared among attendees. We rely on registration numbers to create an accurate head count for each day. When badges are shared between two or more people, we no longer have an accurate count, and this puts a strain on our registration procedures and causes us to run out of bags, books, handouts and supplies. We offer a one-day badge for people who can only attend for one day. Thank you for your consideration.

Applying Member Discounts

Anyone applying the NJCSA member discount to their conference registration fee will need to be added to our membership database prior to registering for the conference. Click here to Join or add more staff to your existing roster. (Membership must be pre-paid in order to apply the discount to the conference registration.)

Applying Group Discounts

When you register 6 or more people at the same time, the database will automatically apply the group discount. Individuals and groups who register at different times can no longer be combined into a single group once they have submitted their registration. To ensure you will receive the group rate, be sure to collect & prepare all registrant information before starting the registration process. Registrations can be transferred, though; see below.

No Admittance Without Payment in Full

To be eligible for the published rates, your registration must be recorded on or before the published dates. All registrations must be received and paid (either by check or credit card) before entering the event. Attendees who have not registered and paid in full by 11:59 pm on Feb. 28, 2015, will be required to pay the on-site rate by check or credit card to gain entrance to any conference activities.

Registrations Are Transferable in Full to a Co-worker

If you have pre-registered and paid for your badge, but are not able to attend the conference, please contact NJCSA Conference Services to make arrangements for your badge to be transferred in full to a replacement person within your organization or school. To minimize delays at the check-in counter, we ask that you call NJCSA Conference Services at 609-344-1333 before 5:00 pm ET, March 18, 2015, to notify us of the transfer. Transfers can also happen at the registration counter on a case-by-case basis, but know that it will cause a delay. Remember that badges must be transferred in full and cannot be shared or divided across two days.

Cancellation Policy

NJCSA will refund 50% of the registration fee on cancellations received in writing on or before 11:59 pm on Feb. 28, 2015. Refunds are not given to no-shows or to those who do not cancel before the cancellation date. Fax written cancellation requests to 609-890-7700 or email to conference@njcharters.org. Indicate registrant’s name, company/school, and confirmation number and the reason for cancellation.

Consent for Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NJCSA’s meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit NJCSA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, audiotapes of such events and activities.
